What Noozi.ai is

Noozi.ai helps a business make social media posts: it reads the business's brand and posts, designs and writes new posts, plans them on a calendar and, when the business connects its accounts, posts them.

Your account

• You sign up with an email address and a password, and you keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for what is made and posted from your account.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and entitled to act for the businesses you add.

Your content

• What you add stays yours: your logo, photos, posts, words and facts about your business.
• You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service: to read your design, draw and write your posts, and post them where you ask.
• You only add content you have the right to use. If you upload another brand's posts to borrow their look, you use their design only, never their name, logo or words.

Posts made with AI

Words, designs and pictures are made with AI. Check every post before it goes out: you are responsible for what you publish, including prices, dates, claims and anyone shown.

Shared designs

If you share a design as a house style, other businesses can use it with their own logo, words and photos. You can stop sharing at any time; businesses already using it may keep the posts they made.

Acceptable use

Do not use Noozi.ai for anything unlawful, misleading, hateful or harmful, to impersonate anyone, or to post to accounts you do not control.

Connected services

Posting and some features use other services (for example to publish to Instagram and LinkedIn, and to find or make pictures). Their own terms apply to them.

Changes and ending

We may change or stop features and will tell you about important changes to these terms. You can stop using Noozi.ai and delete your brands at any time.

Liability

Noozi.ai is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for what you choose to publish.
