What we collect

• Your account: your email address, a protected (hashed) form of your password, and your name if you give it.
• Your brands: names, logos, colours, website, handles, facts about the business, and the posts and photos you upload.
• What you make: designs, templates, posts, captions and calendars.
• Connections: the accounts you connect for posting, through the posting service we use.

How we use it

Only to run Noozi.ai for you: to read your design, draw and write your posts, plan and publish them, and keep your account working. We do not sell your data.

Services that process it for us

• AI: your posts, words and brand details are sent to Anthropic's Claude to read designs and write posts.
• Pictures: searches and picture requests go to our image provider.
• Posting: posts you publish go through Ayrshare to the networks you choose.
• Hosting and database: our servers and database provider store your account and brands.

Sharing designs

A design you share as a house style can be seen and used by other businesses. Your logo, name and words are never shared with it.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. When you delete a brand or your account, we delete its data, apart from what the law requires us to keep.

Your choices

You can see and change your brands in the app, delete them, disconnect posting accounts, and ask us for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
